What is the shelf life of the product and how should I store it once opened?
Our products have a shelf life of 2 years unopened, provided they are stored in a cool, dry place away from direct light.
Once opened, it is recommended to keep the bottle in the refrigerator and consume it within 2 months to guarantee its freshness and effectiveness.
Are beauty supplements safe?
Yes. Supplements are considered safe when they comply with current scientific and regulatory standards.
Ours are manufactured in Europe, in laboratories subject to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and HACCP standards, which guarantees strict control of quality, hygiene and traceability throughout the production process.

Process and confirmation
- After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order.
- When we ship it, you will receive a second email with shipping and tracking information.
- Check the delivery times and costs during the purchase process before confirming your order.
Why was my order sent separately?
We will ship your order as quickly as possible to ensure you receive it as soon as possible. Therefore, your order may be shipped separately from our different warehouses depending on stock availability.
Alternatively, when your products exceed a certain quantity, we will send them separately to ensure you receive your entire order safely.
I have a problem with my delivery
I haven't received my order.
Simply track your package online by logging into "My Account" and clicking "Track my order." You can also click the link in our email. If the package appears as delivered but you haven't received anything, please let us know and we'll help you.
An item is missing from my package.
If an item is missing from your package, there may be a delay. In this case, it will be shipped in a separate package once we receive more stock in the warehouse. Please check your order confirmation email, as delayed items should be marked with an estimated delivery date.
Sometimes, an item may be shipped separately from a different warehouse. If an item is missing from your package, check your delivery note or the package insert, as it should have indicated whether an item will be sent later. Also, check if you received a second tracking number by email, as this indicates that a second package has been shipped.
If you receive a damaged package, check that all the items you ordered are included. If any items are missing or damaged, visit our Returns Center to initiate the return or exchange process.
I received the wrong item
We are very sorry if you received the wrong item or if it does not match the description. Please visit our Returns Center to begin the return or exchange process.
How can I track my order?
Want to know the current status of your orders and returns? Simply log in to "My Account" and click on "Track my order" to see the latest tracking information for your package.
Once your order is on its way, you will receive a tracking number by email.
To track your package, click the link in the email and you will be redirected to the carrier's website. If you cannot find the tracking email, be sure to check your spam or junk mail folder.
Returns and Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for a refund within 30 days of the delivery date (the date you received your package). Visit our Returns Center to start the return process if you are not satisfied with your order.

Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order before shipment, you must contact our Customer Service by sending an email to info@nutremys.com with the subject "ORDER CANCELLATION - ORDER NUMBER (xxx)".
If the order has already been shipped, you will need to wait and create a return in our Returns Centre.
How do I return an item?
We strive to offer you the best shopping experience with our fast and hassle-free returns policy.
After receiving your order, you have 30 days to return it if you are not satisfied.
The process is quick and easy. Simply follow these instructions:
- Visit our Returns Centre
- Enter your order number and email address to get started.
- Follow the instructions and select the items you wish to return.
Once your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping instructions.
Don't forget, you must include all the items we sent you:
- Product(s) to be returned.
- Bags, boxes, cases, covers, protectors, etc.
- The package delivery slip.
What should I do if I received a defective/incorrect/stained item?
If you have received a faulty/incorrect/stained item, visit our Returns Centre to initiate the return or exchange process.
Don't forget! If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving it so that we can resolve the issue.
How much will I be reimbursed?
The refund will correspond to the total price of the returned product, plus the standard delivery charges (excluding the difference for express delivery), provided that the return conditions are met.
In the event of defective products or products not matching the order placed, we will refund the total price of the product and the delivery costs.
Don't forget! If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving it so that we can resolve the issue.
Purchase and payments
Is there a minimum purchase amount?
There is no minimum purchase amount.
You can purchase any quantity you wish, with no limit on units, weight, or total order value.
Furthermore, if the total amount of your order exceeds €49, delivery will be completely FREE.
How can I pay for my order?
We offer several payment methods so you can choose the one that suits you best.
We accept bank cards (VISA and MasterCard), as well as PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
We do not currently offer payment on delivery (cash on delivery).
By default, the displayed payment option is PayPal, but you can easily switch to card payment or another available method during the purchase process.
How do I apply a discount code?
From mobile:
After entering your contact and delivery information, you will find the "Gift card or discount code" box as you proceed to checkout. Enter your code there and it will be applied automatically.
From the computer:
While you are filling in your information, you will see a "Gift card or discount code" box on the right side of the screen. Enter it there to apply the discount before finalizing your purchase.
If you have signed up for our newsletter, you will receive your welcome code by email.
If you don't see it, check your Spam/Promotions folder.
Is it safe to place orders on the site?
Yes, the transmitted data is encrypted using SSL. The payment will only be processed after the bank confirms its authenticity. Otherwise, the payment will be cancelled.
